作为巧克力美人碧昂斯（Beyonce）的第三张个人专辑，这张《I Am ... Sasha Fierce》是今年最受期待的R&B专辑之一。在美国上市第一周，本张专辑共售出了48万2千张，在这一周的Billboard 200专辑榜中成功夺冠。《I Am ... Sasha Fierce》成为Beyonce在Billboard 200专辑榜中连续第三张冠军专辑，Beyonce的前两张专辑、2003年推出的处子作《Dangerously in Love》和2006年的《B-Day》在上榜首周也都获得了Billboard 200专辑榜的冠军，首周的销量分别为31万7千张和54万1千张。
目前，这张专辑中的《If I Were a Boy》和《Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)》已经成为各大电台当中的热门单曲，其中，《Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)》已经在Hot 100单曲榜中登顶，而《If I Were a Boy》也已跻身三甲。与Beyonce在Destiny's Child组合期间的作品以及他的前两张个人专辑相比，《I Am ...
